Figitize generates embroidery files using artificial intelligence and automated algorithms. These files are computer-generated and have not been manually reviewed or tested by a human digitizer. The quality and suitability of generated files may vary based on the complexity of your design, your specific machine, fabric, and settings.

Machine Safety

Embroidery machines are precision equipment. Improperly digitized files can potentially cause:

Thread breaks and bird-nesting
Needle breaks
Bobbin jams
Timing issues
Fabric damage including puckering, holes, or distortion
Hoop slippage

Always test any new design on scrap fabric before embroidering on final garments or products. Monitor your machine during the first stitch-out of any new file. Do not leave your machine unattended when running a file for the first time.

Very small text (under 5mm height)
Extremely detailed or intricate designs

For complex or high-value production work, we recommend consulting a professional human digitizer.

Fabric and Material Responsibility

The suitability of a generated embroidery file depends heavily on factors outside our control:

Fabric type, weight, and stretch characteristics
Stabilizer selection and application
Thread type, weight, and quality
Needle size and type
Machine tension settings
Hooping technique and pressure
