Images you upload: When you use our digitizing service, you upload images to our servers for processing. These images are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored. Uploaded images and generated embroidery files are automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of generation.

Payment information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store, collect, or have access to your credit card numbers or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Technical data: We may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps for the purpose of maintaining service security and performance. This data is not linked to individual users.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your uploaded images and generate embroidery files
• To process payments through Stripe
• To maintain and improve the Service
• To communicate with you about your transactions if necessary

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Your uploaded images are processed by third-party AI services for design analysis. This processing is performed in real-time and images are not retained by the AI service beyond the processing request. We use the AI service solely to analyze design characteristics (colors, shapes, design type) — not for training AI models.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded images: Deleted within 1 hour of processing
• Generated embroidery files: Deleted within 1 hour of generation
• Payment records: Retained by Stripe per their retention policy
• Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days for security purposes

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• AI Provider: For AI image analysis (images only, no personal data)
• Law enforcement: If required by law or valid legal process

6. Cookies

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality only (such as storing admin access tokens in localStorage). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics that track individual users across websites.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights
